The Purchaser agrees that his/her sole recourse in any circumstances shall be with the Tourism Provider or 3rd party Supplier of the service concerned.

When making a booking for any tourism or travel product or service, the Purchaser is agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the Tourism or Travel Operator or Provider and the Owner and/or licenced Operator of this information reservation distribution website, can not be held liable for any error, misrepresentation or other inaccuracy in any reservation, booking, payment of the tourism or travel product or service being booked.

Disputes  

All reservation and payment transactions are subject to the laws of New Zealand and any disputes arising will be litigated only in the appropriate New Zealand Court of Law.
